Celebrating Our 2023 Miracles

On February 26, Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital hosted the All Partner Kick Off where we celebrated our Children’s Miracle Network corporate sponsors and announced our 2024 Children’s Miracle Network Champion- Lily!

On August 25, 2020, Lily was born via c-section after doctors discovered she was in a breech position. High levels of bilirubin were detected during her newborn checkup. Doctors diagnosed Lily with ABO Incompatibility, a condition in which a newborn’s blood type is different from the birthing parent’s blood type which can cause jaundice. Due to continued high levels of bilirubin, Lily was admitted to Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital where she received light therapy to bring down her bilirubin levels. “We are glad to have our children’s hospital so close to home. They discovered why Lily was losing weight and helped her get better”, says Ut, Lily’s mom. Today, Lily is a healthy, active 3-year-old who loves going to school and play with her friends at the park.

Our Children’s Miracle Network partners were able to raise a collective $717,337 in 2023! Log A Load for Kids, Dairy Queen of Gray, Walmart Store #555 in Dublin, GA, Walmart Store #907 in Forsyth, GA, Robins Financial Credit Union, Panda Express, Georgia College Miracle, Mercer University Miracle, and Love’s Travel Stop were all recognized for their amazing fundraising.
